"For some time now, I have been posting poetry for a friend of mine on deviantart. I have known this individual for years, so when she asked me to post these poems online for her (because she was too afraid of others criticisms) I had no reason to question her on it. She also didn't have a regular source of internet.
Apparently I should have questioned her more, but I trusted her.
For the record, I never knew those poems were fake. My friend (who's name I'm not about to mention, because I don't feel she needs to be brutally harassed the way I have) sent me the poems in emails along with the description she wanted to accompany it.
I suppose you could say I'm leaving deviantart because of you, but that would be giving yourself too much credit. I have been contemplating this for some time now.
I am sorry you feel that I've lied to you. In all honesty, I feel just as much lied to. If I ever wished to return to deviantart, my name is slandered on this forum.

It sucks to have your work stolen, I know, but who'se to say she's not being legit? Your poems are gone. Everyone's poems are gone. So, what exactly are you after?

Well, here's one: I'm sorry this happened to you, and I'm sorry you're having to deal with an "art thief". It's something NO one should EVER have to deal with. But, who'se to say she's lying to you when she explains herself?
I guess it's your call, and I guess you have every right to pop in on her DA frontpage and leave comments and messages and post notes that were meant for YOU and HER to see only.
And for what it's worth, I knew about her friend getting her to upload poems before this went down.
the only thing that's really bothersome about your messages is the fact that even when i gave you the truth, you refused to listen.
i hope you read my journal entry. i hope you realize that i'm truly sorry for your anger...but at the same time, i'm not about to grovel. i've said what needs to be said.

Seems another favorite of Christine's is Nate Phillips from Poems and Quotes.com.....my she does enjoy our poetry there doesn't she.....I bet she's enjoyed copying and pasting it and claiming it as her own ever since she joined deviantart!
She does Blueveins....but she's quitting the site....before she gets banned....so it seems!...and we will never get that apology!....nor will you the readers who left such lovely comments to her on her stolen poems...
